HÖR - BERLIN

Sky Dominique made history as the first Philippine-based DJ to perform on HÖR Berlin, one of the most well-known underground electronic music platforms in the world, streaming live sets from Berlin to a global audience. Sky was invited to play during his 2024 European tour, becoming the first Philippine-based DJ to do so. His set was rooted in acid house and tech house, and notably incorporated Filipino music, local mashups and edits, without losing the driving, hypnotic sound the platform is known for. It is a straightforward marker of where he stands internationally.

The One: MANILA CHAMPION

Jordan Brand: The One — Manila The One is Jordan Brand's global one-on-one basketball tournament, bringing together the next generation of elite hoopers from over 15 cities worldwide. Regional champions earn the right to represent their city on the world stage — competing in the Global Finals in New York for the title of The One and a place as a Jordan Brand ambassador. Sky Dominique claimed the Manila title, rising above every challenger to become the city's sole representative in the Global Finals in New York. Carrying Manila's name on the biggest stage in youth basketball, Sky competes where only the best earn the right to stand.

THE ONE CHAMPION

The One: NYC (Global Finals)

At the Global Finals in New York, Jordan Brand brought together the world's best one-on-one hoopers from 20 cities — Beijing, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Seoul, Tokyo, Chicago, New York, Manila, and more — to compete for the title of The One. Sky Dominique represented Manila in the DJ battle, advancing through the competition by eliminating Seoul and Chicago before falling to New York in the final round — finishing as one of the last two standing in a field of global talent. Beyond the battle, Sky made history off the stage. As part of the Jordan Brand experience in New York, Sky performed at On The Radar Radio — one of the most respected platforms in global hip-hop and street culture, known for its raw, unfiltered DJ sets and live freestyles that have shaped careers worldwide. Sky became the first Philippines-based Filipino DJ ever to play on the platform, bringing Manila's sound to one of the most influential stages in the culture. From Manila to New York — Sky Dominique represented the Philippines, competed at the highest level, and made history doing it.

Aprtment Life

Sky Dominique x Aprtment Life

For their Manila tour, London-based house and R&B collective Aprtment Life tapped Sky Dominique for their second session in the Philippines — a full DJ mix spanning R&B, house, funk, and soul. Moving through D'Angelo, Jay-Z, Cleo Sol, Daft Punk, and Beyoncé in one seamless hour, the session is a precise snapshot of what Sky does best: no walls, no predictable paths, just a deep and deliberate journey through the music.

TOUCH THE WOOD

Touch The Wood is a creative collective and radio platform based in Rome, active since 2007, with a DJ series that has featured names like Soulely, Yosef of Antídoto Club, and Dan Gerous, a Red Bull 3Style World Finalist. Sky was brought in as part of their international roster in 2023, one of the few Southeast Asian DJs to appear on the platform. The set is an hour of house and tech house, pulling from tracks like "Gone" by Romare, "Blueprint" by Anorre and Rebrn, "Balafonerra" by AMÉMÉ, and "End of the Weapons Noise" by Moon Rocket.

BALLER ROOM

Sky's set on Baller Room is the most engaged post in the series, pulling 41.4K likes and 2,388 saves on TikTok. Baller Room is a Filipino live music program that sits at the intersection of the country's two biggest cultural exports, basketball and music, and has been covered by Rolling Stone Philippines. The series has featured artists like Six the Northstar, with Sky closing it out as the final act. His set draws from Asin, Black Eyed Peas, Billy Crawford, Al James, Fugees, Nas, J. Cole, and Kanye West, a hip-hop and R&B mix rooted in music that resonates directly with a Filipino crowd.

MIAO MIAO

Mia Mao is a Paris-based livestream platform broadcasting DJ sets and interviews from a container beneath the Paris ring road, running Tuesday to Friday and featuring a mix of local and international artists. Sky's set sits firmly in peak-time techno territory, pulling from artists like Dubfire and Oliver Huntemann, Matador, Julian Jeweil, Stavroz, and Harley Sanders

RINSE FRANCE

Rinse France is the Paris extension of Rinse FM, the London-based radio institution founded in 1994 that helped launch the careers of Skepta, Dizzee Rascal, Skream, and Kode9. Sky played as part of a b2b session hosted by Warren Ko for Kokonut Bounce, bringing together DJs from Paris, London, Liverpool, Djibouti, and Manila. His portion of the set stood out for weaving in Filipino hip-hop and rap from RGT, Bugoy na Koykoy, and Curtismito into a broadcast reaching a global audience. One of the clearest examples of Sky using an international platform to represent local Filipino music.

RINSE FRANCE

Café Belga

Smooth Curator is a Brussels-based DJ set series filming at Café Belga, one of the city's most established and culturally active venues, known for its music programming and nightlife. Sky was the very first episode of the series, recorded during his 2024 European tour. The set is a deliberate shift in tone from his club work, 90s and 2000s hip-hop, R&B, funk and house, pulling from artists like Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, Outkast, and ANOTR.

Parmi Nous

Parmi Nous is a DJ set series by LEJEUNE CLUB, a Brussels-based collective that documents sets from DJs across the global diaspora, with past artists including OMIZS, E.T!, and Clara Rosa. Sky played this during his 2024 European tour, in Schaerbeek, one of Brussels' most culturally active neighbourhoods. The set is warm and genre-spanning, pulling from Sade, D'Angelo, Slum Village, Mary Jane Girls, Zhané, and Keni Burke; classic soul, R&B, and funk woven together into a set that is as much about feel as it is about the dancefloor.

LMHY Radio

Let Me Hold You (LMHY) is a Paris-based music community and radio series founded in 2023, built around R&B, soul, funk, and future beats, with past episodes featuring Orange Juice Asia, DJ Flex, and DJ Miamor. Sky's episode is a deep, well-curated hour of classic and contemporary R&B and soul; running from SZA and Erykah Badu to Brent Faiyaz, Mac Miller, and Maxwell, with older cuts from Bell Biv DeVoe, Mary J. Blige, Zhané, and GoldLink woven throughout. It is the most detailed document of his R&B curation on record, and a clear indicator of the depth of his knowledge outside of electronic music.
